U.S. Army Troops on a Break, Hill 530, Vietnam 1967
This beautiful color photo taken 25 November 1967 shows members of the 3rd Bn, 12th Inf, 4th Inf Div, taking a break during bunker construction on Hill 530, near the Dak Hodrai and Dak Romao Valleys, Vietnam. The photo is very clear and shows interesting details like a 155mm round on the ground, an M-16 rifle leaning on a pack, and the blasted landscape of the hill.
