The Internet is an unprecedented resource for locating military photos, clip art and images. The pages of this Olive-Drab.com section are a guide to many of the best sites.

But don't overlook the obvious. For example, you can start with eBay especially for photos of World War II and other popular subjects. And right here on Olive-Drab.com, there are photos and other images on almost every page: for example, find wheeled vehicles, armor, helicopters and more on the Olive-Drab.com Military Vehicle Charts. For photos of firearms, see the Olive-Drab.com Military Firearms pages.

Find additional photos and hi-res versions of military wheeled vehicles, armor and other tracked vehicles, and artillery at the Olive-Drab Military Mashup:

The major search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.) have specialized search capabilities for images. Some have a separate video search feature as well, in addition to sites that specialize in video like YouTube. Check the home page for each of them and look for a link to "images" or "video" and try a test search for HMMWV or army jeep. In addition, Web Places has a specialized search engine for clip art which will help you find alternatives on the web for military graphics.
