2009 Military Vehicle Preservation Associations (MVPA) Transcontinental Convoy:  Driver Joe Schaeffer is a military vehicle enthusiast from Mount Ida, AK. He is driving a 1972 AM General M151A2 owned by Mr. Bill Barnes. This historic vehicle is one of 28 that are a part of the Montgomery County Military Museum in Mount Ida. The two joined the convoy in Clinton, IA and will separate in Cheyenne, WY, to return home
