This is a 1944 poster produced by the Office of War Information. The artist was Herbert Morton Stoops.

This poster was one of a series produced during World War II with the objective of educating war workers and military personnel on the reality of spies in their midst. Through posters and other channels the message was sent that casual comments can have disastrous consequences. This poster is a particularly graphic reminder that lives are at stake.
