Vietnam Squad Leader with M-16 Rifle, 1971

Spec. 4 Champion holds his M16 rifle and has a machine gun link belt of 5.56mm ammo around his neck, a carrier for extra magazines and what appears to be an M26A1 fragmentation grenade hooked to his belt.
