This photo was taken by a USMC photographer during an Urban Warrior exercise at Camp Lejeune, NC, 20 January 1998. It shows Marines from Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 6th Marines patrolling in a Helo Transportable Tactical Vehicle (HTTV).

The Urban Warrior exercise is the U.S. Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory's series of limited objective experiments examining new urban tactics and experimental technologies. One of these technologies is the HTTV, a small, urban tactical vehicle.
