M-102 Chassis, Trailer, 1 1/2 Ton, 2-Wheeled (G-754)

The M-102 Chassis, Trailer, 1 1/2 Ton, 2-Wheel (G-754) is a base for the M104 cargo trailer, the M106 water tank trailer, the M107 water tank trailer, and other equipment trailers. The M102 was introduced in the 1950s as a base for trailers matched to the M-series trucks with 11:00x20 tires.

Variants of the M102 include:

- M102  (base of the M104 and M106)
- M102A1  (base of the M104A1 and M106A1)
- M102A2  (base of the M104A2 and M106A2)

The manuals for the M102 trailer chassis are TM 9-875B (October 1951), TM 9-8226 (April 1955) and ORD 7-8 SNL G-754 (1954). These manuals cover all the 1 1/2 ton two wheel trailers of the time. The manuals were replaced by TM 9-2330-213-14&P but the replacement manual did not include the then obsolete M102 and M104.
