The largest seems to be Alibris, which calls itself "the ultimate source for out-of-print and rare books". Other services like this include Advanced Book Exchange (ABE Books, now part of Amazon.com) which claims to be the "World's Largest Source of Out of Print Material". Search their database to find commercial and military books, magazines, and other printed materials which are no longer available as new.
